Fruit Dash

You may still contact us to ask about information under our control or to request deletion of a support message or other information you directly provided to us.

Submit a request

1. Email mkb15288@gmail.com with the subject “Fruit Dash Data Request.”
2. State whether the request concerns support information, app data, or an app account.
3. Include the app name, device model, app version, and any relevant identifier available to you. Do not send passwords or full payment details.
4. We may ask for limited verification information to prevent unauthorized access or deletion.
5. We will acknowledge the request and explain what action is possible, normally within 30 days.

If an app offers account creation

If Fruit Dash or another Mihu Ltd app enables users to create an app account, users will be given a prominent in-app deletion path as well as this web request route. A verified deletion request will cover the account and associated user data under our control, subject to limited lawful retention.

Information that may be retained

Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and removed when the applicable retention period ends.

Google Play purchases

Deleting an app account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription or erase Google's transaction records. Manage subscriptions and purchase history through Google Play. Fruit Dash is currently listed as a free, ad-supported game.
